In 2024 Reimagine was commissioned by Kingston First to review their operation of Kingston Market, which they had operated for 10 years. The Royal Borough of Kingston was soon to retender the management contract which included the iconic Listed Market House behind the market. 

We assessed the overall management of the market and reviewed the finances and health and safety aspects. We developed operational strategies that could enhance its commercial success while respecting is historic identity and the needs of the local community. We worked out the risks attached to retendering and expanding the area to include Market House. We concluded that the Kingston First put their resources into their members and let another dedicated market organisation run the market
